Plus product positioning, the state of web accessibility, and the untapped power of your email signature
If you are new to RGE, you may not know that we started the site as a blog. (That was back when having a blog was cool. Or maybe that's something we just tell ourselves.) Anyways, it was good for posting patched-together screenshots and categorizing – similar to our own inbox folders we had stuffed full over the years with examples we liked, except openly available for anyone to see.
But as the years went on and more emails hit the site, categories made it hard to find things again. We were up against questions like: "what are the ten best onboarding emails for X industry?" or "which emails use the best social proof?" or "who has the best call-to-action buttons?" or "who has the silliest copy?"
So we saved up and built a new site – the one you see now – which has collections built in and a robust search to find other's collections. Maybe you want to start collecting emails with interesting bullet points like Courtney or keep track of illustrations that tickle your fancy like Ted. Perhaps are a typography junkie like Lily and want to remember your favorites or want to save a subset of Welcome emails like Tierrani. No matter the reason, creating collections is super fun and super easy. Just hit the "save email" button when you find something you like. | |

 | | | How to do product positioning | | Making products is hard. The advice you get doesn't help much; either it's too vague to be useful or too specific to be applicable to your situation. | | | Personalized subject lines in email marketing | | In the academic literature, there is a growing stream of publications that address how companies can use insights from behavioral economics in marketing. However, often the question remains if these results can be reproduced in another experimental setting. | | | |
