Help! Can suddenly not intonate G string anymore!

Please help me figure out what the problem is:

The G string on my Epiphone Dot snapped during rehearsal so I decided to not only change all the strings but also the broken nut with a better one. Suddenly, I cannot intonate the G string anymore. Before that, the guitar was in perfect intonation...
